In 2001 I was graphic designer for Foothill High School’s paper, “The Catalyst.” I was also Assistant Entertainment Editor and Computer Specialist. The following year I was Entertainment Editor. In 2002 I was hired by I.S.M. (Intense Sport Magazine) for page layout and graphic design. Also in 2002 I was hired for private tutoring in Photoshop and Page-Maker. In 2004 I was hired by Premiere Limousine for the graphic design of several promotional projects. In 2004 Lotus Guide Magazine of Chico hired me for the layout and graphic design of the entire magazine. My responsibilities with Lotus Guide include, but are not limited to, ad and page design, photography, and web development.
In my hometown of Redding I owned a small D.J. company for two years. My own equipment was used and I became very knowledgeable in the wiring, stereo specifications, and other tools/equipment used for the operation of large stereos.
Computers have been a hobby of mine from the beginning. I am knowledgeable in windows 95, 98, and XP Professional operating systems as well as Microsoft Office, MP3’s, basic computer hardware/software installations and professional imaging programs. I am efficient in both Macintosh and Microsoft computer systems.
